Tavern pricing

(tavern may be shared if booked by two or more groups on the same date)

£3 per person per 4 hour booking / £5 per person for all day use.

full tavern room pricing

(exclusive use of room and all four tables)

£60 for full room per 4 hour booking. (equiv. £15 per table)

£100 for full room per 8.5 hour booking. (equiv £25 per table)

​Room Booking Policies
Effective immediately

1. Bookings
• Rooms can be booked via Google Calendar, in the Booking Channel or DMing/Email
• Prices are listed on Website, Google Calendar, in store or available upon request
• Preference for a Lead Booker to continue to do Bookings & Cancellations to keep things consistent
• Bookings are first‑come, first‑served.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings (Evening / Partial Day/Full Day)
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a £3 fee (or £5 for full day)
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are free.

No‑Shows
• Failure to attend a booking without prior cancellation automatically incurs the relevant fee (£3 or £5).

3. How to Cancel
• Cancellations must be made via: 
◦ Discord (booking channel or designated group channel)
◦ DM or Email 
◦ In‑person notice

4. Why We Charge a Fee
• The fee covers: 
◦ Lost booking opportunities

5. Grace & Exceptions
• We understand life happens, sickness, work etc.
• Bookers may be given a courtesy waiver at staff discretion.
• Repeat cancellations within the 24‑hour window will always incur the fee.

6. Where This Policy Lives
To avoid future confusion, this policy will be visible:
• On the website
• In the Discord (pinned in the booking channel)
• On a  notice in‑store 

7. Payment of Fees
• Fees are paid at the till.
• Outstanding fees must be settled before making new bookings.
• 
8. Venue Conduct & Room Use 
Kindly follow these basic housekeeping rules:

• Rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.
• Chairs to be returned to their original positions.
• Used cups, plates & food containers to be returned to sauce Station in Chill Out area or downstairs to staff. 
• Lights should be switched off when leaving room
• Windows to be closed when leaving room.

These rules help us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for everyone using the rooms.
